1. Sponsor

CIRCLEHASH LLC d/b/a OneMiners, Austin, TX, USA ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

Open to individuals 18+ (or age of majority where they live) at entry, except where prohibited. Sponsor employees and their immediate families are not eligible. The Grand Prize winner must collect in person at our Czechia HQ (Sponsor covers reasonable travel) or arrange international shipping; winner is responsible for any import duties/taxes.

3. Promotion period

Begins June 11, 2026 at 00:00 and ends June 24, 2026 at 23:59, Central European Summer Time (CEST) — a 14-day period. Entries received outside this window are void.

4. How to enter

During the period: (a) follow @1miners_official; (b) like the giveaway post. Optional additional entries: comment your pick, tag a friend, and/or share to your story. Normal social actions only — no purchase or payment is required or accepted.

5. Winner selection & notification

Winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries after entries close on June 24, 2026. Winner(s) will be notified by Instagram direct message within 5 days of the draw and must respond within 48 hours, or an alternate winner may be drawn.

6. Prizes (approx. retail value)

Grand: Antminer S23 Hydro (~$15,000). 2nd: IceRiver AE0 (~$309). 3rd: $500 hosting credit. Bonus: 1-on-1 consultation. Total ARV ~$15,800+. Prizes are non-transferable; no cash alternative except at Sponsor's discretion.

7. Ambassador commitment

The Grand Prize winner agrees to act as a OneMiners Ambassador — hosting the miner with Sponsor or mining independently, and creating/sharing content. Specific expectations (hosting vs. independent mining, and a content cadence) are agreed in writing with the winner at the time of claim.

8. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes. Sponsor may issue tax forms where required.

10. Instagram release

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Instagram/Meta from all liability.

11. General release & liability

By entering, entrants agree to these rules and release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation or prize use.
